  Worst Agent in history. Wrot a home policy that he shouldnt have based on compsny regulations, tried to hide it by enrolling with another compny. His staff is horrible, never answers the phone. He aasured me thatni was covered by another compny. I was not, he Held on to docs too long causing my home policy to cancel. Didnt even tell me. I had to call and find out. Then he raised my rates with out notification. This is the worst agent i have ever delt with. I was an agent for 10 years and never treated anyone like this.
