  Almost one year ago I saw an ad on FB for a 6 week fitness challenge. I needed something new and I was at a true physical and mental crossroads in life so after fretting about it I decided to go for it....then I had to figure out what crossfit was! Long story short, I walked in wide eyed and was welcomed with open arms! When I decided to give it a go I thought “well I should lose weight” which was my only goal...I’ve gotten so much more and I haven’t even bothered to step on the scale because that just isn’t the goal anymore! For once in my life I feel powerful in body and mind, but even greater than that I gained an amazing family by stepping through those doors! My fitness is so important to them and I am important to them! I can’t imagine going more than a day not see the faces that are there to encourage and push me through things I thought I’d NEVER do! They have changed my life in more ways than I can count! Worth every penny and drop of sweat I drop!

  Amazing place. Amazing people. Top notch coaches and a CrossFit community like none other. Deciding to become a member at this box has been life changing for me.
