  We just had a switch in insurance so this was the first visit here for the kids. I have a 6 and 7 year old who have had extremely positive dental experiences in the past and were actually looking forward to the appointment. It is clear they rarely work with children. They weren't gentle, didn't explain the procedures (ie: squirting a bunch of foam fluoride into my daughter's mouth when she wasn't expecting it). Also, my son came walking out of his appointment when I was in with my daughter with no explanation from anyone other than, yeah his teeth were fine. ?? I'm thankful they both have no cavities but in order to keep their experiences positive we will be finding somewhere else.
