  I was worried after all those comments here, but my experience today was very good. I came here to get a printed copy of my last transactions. Very friendly staff, short wait time and got exactly what I wanted. Was in and out within 2-3 minutes.

  I just went here and it reminded me why I switched to onpoint. Understaffed, slow, and you feel like you're being wrangled rather than taken care of.
